After receiving her undergraduate degree from Ohio University, Rachel earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. When not seeing patients, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with family.

What is a Certified Nurse Practitioner?
A certified nurse practitioner is a licensed provider that has completed a master's or doctoral degree program and has advanced clinical training. They work in collaboration with physicians to diagnose and treat health conditions. Like physicians, they can make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
