ABOUT
Kristie Blake, APRN-CNM is a board-certified midwife and women's health nurse practitioner who earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University.
PHILOSOPHY OF CARE
Kristie believes in providing personalized and compassionate care to women throughout their lifetime. She offers a variety of gynecologic services including annual well woman exams, contraception counseling, cervical cancer screening, STD screening, as well as treatment of common infections. Kristie also provides prenatal care and support during labor, birth and in the postpartum period. Kristie is passionate about empowering women in making healthcare choices and supporting low intervention births in a safe environment.
In her spare time Kristie is a proud puppy parent and enjoys the outdoors, quilting and trying new recipes.

What is a Certified Nurse Midwife?
A Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. They completed a master's or doctoral degree program with specialized training in Women's Health and a concentration in pregnancy, labor, birth, and care after birth. Midwives affirm the strength of women and recognize the importance of a woman's overall well-being.
