ABOUT
Dr. David Bruce specializes in general surgery. He received his undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Bruce completed his internship and surgical residency at Grandview Medical Center, where he served as chairman of the department of surgery and program trainer. Dr. Bruce is Board Certified and a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and has been a Clinical and Oral Examiner. He is an assistant clinical professor of surgery at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Bruce is a member of the American Society of Metabolic Bariatric Surgery. Currently, he is the director of the bariatric surgery service at Kettering Health Dayton and Victor J. Cassano Center.
