Dr. Hoke, a founding partner of Indian Creek Familly Health Center, has been at the Oxford location since the office opened in 2001. Since he was in medical school, Dr. Hoke dreamed of being a small town family doctor where he could care for all ages from infancy to the elderly. Practicing in Oxford has been a blessing and a dream come true for him. Dr. Hoke graduated summa cum laude, with an undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Akron in 1994. He attended medical school at Northeastern Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH and graduated in 1998. From 1998-2001, Dr. Hoke trained at Miami Valley Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in Dayton, OH, where he served as chief resident his final year. Dr. Hoke is currently board certified in Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, the Ohio State Medical Association and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Hoke enjoys all aspects of family medicine, and finds great reward in being involved in the community. Dr. Hoke helped establish the Oxford Free Clinic for uninsured adults. He served as medical director of the clinic from 2006-2009 and continues to donate time seeing patients there. Dr. Hoke is married and has three sons and three daughters. He enjoys camping, playing the guitar, spending time with his family, and being involved in programs at his church.
